Since 1952, South Texas Children’s Home Ministries (STCHM) has faithfully worked to protect, nurture and restore lives by meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of hurting children and families. We are always interested in speaking with qualified, Christian couples who feel they are called to serve as houseparents to children placed in a residential care setting. Part-Time Relief Houseparent Positions Open at STCHM
South Texas Children’s Home Ministries is currently taking applications for PART-TIME RELIEF HOUSEPARENTS. As a Relief Houseparent you will help provide a loving, supportive home for children at the Boothe Campus located 20 miles north of Beeville, Texas near Pettus. You will care for up to eight children four to eight days at a time while their housemom and pop take a few days off. Applicants must have a heart for kids, the desire for part-time work, a flexible schedule, a stable, even disposition, and the ability to model a Christian lifestyle and values. Houseparents
