STCH Ministries has an opening at Headquarters for a Vice President of Land Management. The Vice President of Land Management is a critical part of the Executive Team and works closely with the President and CEO. The Vice President of Land Management of STCH Ministries has the primary responsibility to administer the business affairs of STCH Land Management (STCHLM) as it relates to real estate owned by STCHLM including use and development of the land such as mineral interests and royalties with a strong emphasis on oil and gas leases and compliance with those contracts; pipeline contracts and compliance; easements; grazing and hunting leases; and property management of STCH Ministries offices and facilities. The Vice President of Land Management must understand and support the mission of STCH Ministries and its programs and faith tradition.
The Vice President of Land Management is employed by STCH Ministries; however, this position is also under a separate Administrative Agreement between STCH Ministries and STCHLM. This position serves as Vice President of Land Management of STCH Ministries and as Vice President of STCHLM.
