- $3,000 Gold Sponsor (multiple available) – 1 team, 1 hole sponsorship, logo/name appears on large sign at tournament
- $1,000 Team Sponsor – Round of golf (four-man scramble), box lunch (4), awards dinner (4)
- $500 Door Prize Sponsor – Recognition during giveaway time at awards dinner
- $150 Hole Sponsor – Sign at tee box with logo/name
The deadline for signage is October 12th.
The deadline to ensure shirt size is September 25.
