After overcoming a childhood of trauma and abuse, Theresa made the decision at the age of 46 to surrender her life to Jesus Christ. That decision led her to dedicate her life and her home to Him as well. She founded Restoration House Ministries in 2009 to show young women in crisis about a God who loves them and how to live a life with purpose.
In March 2014, she initiated a partnership between Restoration House Ministries and Faith Family Church to open the first Christian Faith-Based Homeless shelter in Victoria for women and women with children. In July of the same year, she took a position with STCH Ministries to start a program in Goliad for women and their children fulfilling a similar mission.
Theresa and her husband Craig have two beautiful daughters and four grandchildren. She is grateful for the restoration of her family and believes that no broken family is beyond Gods reach.
Theresa is committed to advancing the Kingdom of God and to stop the cycle of poverty and abuse in the lives of women who desire change for themselves and their children through continued and new partnerships with churches and individuals.
